Bob: There are a number of reasons to have links pointing to your site. But let’s start with the reason they were created in the first place. The original purpose of the Internet was to enable the sharing of information. For example, if a scholarly paper existed on a server at the University of California, and a professor at Oxford wanted to read it, the Internet made that instantly possible. Now, if the Oxford professor had a paper that referenced information from the UC paper, they could link directly to that other document rather than just quoting from it. What a great idea! Start accepting credit cards and watch your profits soar. Nothing could be simpler. Or so you thought until you began researching merchant accounts. It can all get extremely confusing. There is an easy way to find the best deal that suits your business. You\’ll be able to compare apples to apples and have a clear picture of what the merchant account will cost you.

Let\’s take a look at some of the phrases you\’ll encounter (in layman\’s terms) when you begin to search for a merchant account.

Merchant Account Provider – The company who arranges for your payment hardware or software and your ability to accept credit cards.

Nova – The company who processes the credit card transactions and forwards them to the appropriate credit card company for payment (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.)

Set Up Fee – The one-time amount the merchant account provider charges to set up your company in their system. For this example, we\’ll use a set up fee of $65.00.

Discount Fee -One amount (there are others) that Nova and the merchant account provider deduct from each sale as a portion of their payment for your merchant account. We\’ll use a discount fee of 2.25%.

Per Transaction Fee – This is a second amount that the two companies subtract from each transaction as a portion of their payment. For our example, we\’ll pick a per transaction fee of $.35.

Terminal or Gateway Fee – Whether you have a real terminal or a virtual gateway via the Internet, you will be assessed monthly charges to cover the use of that service. Let\’s say $10.00 for our example.

Statement Fee – The fee for your merchant account provider to send an itemized statement each month. An average amount we can use is $15.00.

Annual Fee – An annual fee just for having your merchant account. For the annual fee example, we\’ll choose $35.00.

It seems the excitement about search engine optimization fades in and out from time to time. The more people talk about search engine optimization (SEO) the more it seems to be the logical choice for bringing customers to your site. However, there are some points that I haven’t seen anyone else make as of yet about the effectiveness of SEO versus the effectiveness of building a responsive list. I think you’ll be surprised to see which one comes out on top.

Rules and Regulations

There are rules and regulations for almost everything in life. List building and SEO are no different.

Rules for SEO: Your HTML coding has to be just so in order to rank highly on the engines. Your copy (text) also needs to include specific keywords a certain number of times in specific places or you might not be accepted. And if you are accepted, unless you follow all the “dos” and “don’ts” of SEO, you’ll likely not see the top 10… or even the top 50.

Rules for List Building: Offer a good product or service; notify your list about it, and watch the sales come in.

The Only Constant Is Change

If you do get accepted in the search engines, you might be tempted to rest easy. Don’t! As we’ve seen in recent months, search engines can change their policies and ranking orders at the flip of a switch. If you depend on search engines for all your traffic, such a change could leave you completely out of business. Not good!

Is your business still in its infancy ? Your business is gonna grow day by day. It takes approximatively 5 years to grow a business.

Like any business a web business is the same. But of course its a global market you can reach easily millions of people.

To reach those people you have to distinguish yourself.

You have to be professionnal.

1. You need a real domain name. (keep your name as short and simple as possible).

2. You need a real email. give your name or your email have to be the same as you domain name ex: http://www.hombyz.com/ my email is michel.richer@hombyz.com

3.You have to advertise like in google adwords and put yourselk in good position in search engine.

4.Have a good product and affiliate program.

5.Be honest and honest again

6.Become an expert in your field.

7.Have a good business plan.

8.Keep asking yourself everyday how you can do better and better.

9.Think of your sucess and the success of other.

10.Have small goal everyday. The small goal become big goal.

Everyone want to succeed but not everyone will. The difference between your success and you non success is your belief and commitment to truly succeed.

But if you buy proven products and do what they tell you, then it\’s simple to build a great business. It can happen for you though it probably won\’t happen overnight.

We all know the internet is full of hype and also has a lot of genuine success stories. The biggest truth or lie, depending on how you see it, is that you can make good money fast. Whether this is true or false depends on what you\’re willing to do and what you think \”fast\” is.

Internet marketing is not a get rich quick scheme. It\’s a business which means there is time, money and work involved. If you think becoming rich in 3 to 5 years is quick then I guess this can be a get rich vehicle for you. If you don\’t think 5 or even 10 years is quick for getting rich, then think about how many people you know who have done it in 5 years. Or in 20? Or in their lifetimes?
